No parties or events allowed. We prioritize a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors. Violations may result in penalties.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Firewood is provided
For summer stays, guests are encouraged to bring sunscreen and insect repellent

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the property and all listed amenities, including parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Water equipment (2 kayaks and 1 pedal boat with life jackets) is available for use at the guest’s discretion.

Additional Policies
Guests must review and agree to house rules
A valid ID and signed rental agreement are required prior to receiving check-in details
A security deposit may be required, subject to verification

Garbage Policy:
Guests are required to remove all garbage and recycling upon checkout.
If you prefer to leave garbage behind, a $150 disposal fee will apply. Please notify us in advance so arrangements can be made.

Note: Local transfer stations may be closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.
