Inside this modern Palm Springs VRBO, an expansive great room connects the entryway, living room, dining area, and kitchen. Pet Policy Dogs are welcome with a paid pet fee if included at booking. HOA rules allow one dog up to 90 lbs or two dogs up to 45 lbs each.
EV Charging Complementary EV charging between the hours of 12am and 3pm is included for says under 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or longer, optional EV charging is available for $15/night and must be purchased for the entire stay. No adapters are provided, and guests charge at their own risk.
Security and Monitoring Exterior security cameras (front and side yards only) monitor video/audio. There are no cameras near the pool/spa. Noise monitoring devices are inside and outside to ensure compliance with the City's noise ordinance.
No Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the home or inside the walls of the yard. We appreciate any smokers stepping out the front curb.
Basic Necessities Provided We stock the home with basic necessities to get you started — including paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and coffee filters. Please note that these are starter supplies and may not last the entirety of your stay.
Traveling with Children We offer a selection of infant and toddler essentials — including an infant tub, 36" gate for the base of the tile stairs, and bassinet/play yard — available upon request prior to arrival. Noise Considerations Guests should expect some airplane noise — we’re just 3 miles from Palm Springs International Airport. While the home is located on a dead-end street, some traffic and other neighborhood noise is to be expected.
Scheduled Maintenance Pool and landscaping vendors may enter the backyard during your stay without notice to maintain the property.
Occupancy Limits The property is limited to 6 overnight guests, plus up to 4 daytime visitors (10am-10pm). A maximum of 3 vehicles may be present at any time. Violations will result in fines and immediate removal without refund.
Quiet Hours Quiet hours: 10pm–10am. Pool/spa equipment powers down, outdoor lights shut off, and all activity must move indoors. Violations will result in fines and immediate removal without refund.
Noise Ordinance Per City of Palm Springs, no outdoor music or amplified noise is allowed. Indoor music must stay indoors (doors/windows closed). Violations result in fines and immediate removal without refund.
Taxes All stays of less than 28 nights are subject to Palm Springs' TOT/TBID Tax of 12.5%, which is collected through VRBO at the time of booking. Stays of 28 nights or more are not subject to these taxes.
Rental Agreement & ID Verification A separate rental agreement will be sent via Docusign and must be signed before check-in. The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older, and must provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
