The perfect place for friends and family to gather! Enjoy spacious comfort at this newer 3 bedroom, open floor plan home very close to Auburn University. Walk approximately 1 1/2 miles to Jordan Hare Stadium on game day or drive just a few minutes to the heart of campus. Take advantage of the amenities of a full kitchen, laundry, and backyard space with fire pit, all within the quiet, friendly Piper Glen neighborhood. The kitchen features a large island with barstool seating which opens up into the roomy dining and living areas. For getting a little work done, utilize a desk and chair situated in a semi-private area. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite split bathroom with toilet and shower separated from the double sink vanity. The other 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Everything feels sparkling clean and new. Retreat to the comforts of home after enjoying everything that Auburn has to offer!

My favorite outdoor activity is gardening, and my favorite indoor activity is cooking with my bountiful harvest of garden veggies! Depending on the time of year, you might just find some herbs and veggies I've thrown in the raised beds at my rental home (help yourself!)

While my daughter was attending Auburn University, we came upon the opportunity to watch this home be built and purchase it brand new! When I first toured the neighborhood, it was love at first sight. The homes are so cute and comfortable, and the builder went above and beyond, paying attention to every detail. Since I love to walk and bike, I was thrilled there were sidewalks connecting the neighborhood to campus. If I could live in this home full-time, I would!

To me, this home just has a tranquil feeling to it. It is warm and inviting, comfy and cozy, but also spacious. The kitchen is wide open to the other living spaces downstairs, making it a great place to be able to cook and entertain at the same time. There is a driveway for easy parking, a great yard for playing, and front and back porches for just relaxing with a cup of coffee.
