Everything was clean. We had a spectacular view of the beach. We enjoyed seeing dolphin from the balcony.

The condo was perfect for a family of four. Very clean and close to beach access. The host was responsive and we would definitely visit again.

The beach view and access to the beach were great!! The condo was very nice, clean and it has everything we needed. The check in was a bit of a headache. No one was at the desk when we arrived. When she arrived and we checked in, we were not sure about the floor we were on. Another guest helped us by telling us to look at the middle numbers of the room number to determine the floor. After that the arrival day, the remainder of the trip went smoothly!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay at Phoenix II The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever had in a rental. We had everything we needed. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was just what we needed. The master bedroom was very comfortable and loved the views from there. As 2 friends sharing the condo, it was a perfect setup with the 2 master bedrooms each having their own bath. Brittney was great at answering any questions we had. We also used the fitness center to get a workout in. I highly recommend Elite Vacations!

First off let me state we had a nice vacation. Check in smooth, parking pass pick up smooth. Host to guest communication good. I thought that the condo was in desperate need of maintenance. I did address my concerns with the host. She offered to send someone to address some of these issues, but I declined due to our limited time there. Those issues could be addressed hopefully after our departure.Some positives, it appeared to have a very well stocked kitchen, which we did not use. The condo was clean, the resort itself had clean pools, it was right on the beach, easy access,very secured resort, from active security guards to front gate check-in. The view was beautiful. Overall ratings 1-10: Condo I would give it a 7.Resort I would give it a 8.Host Elite vacations I would give them 9. Respectfully, a completely honest review.
