My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Forest Gardens Getaway. The property is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are fabulous people who go over and above to help with anything you may need. And Deb’s breakfast are out of this world!

Serene, secluded lakeside retreat

Wonderful breakfast! Screened gazebo was magical, hosts friendly and attentive. They made us feel at home. Property is simply gorgeous with a lake and amazing flower gardens.

Paradise in the Northwoods

We had a wonderful stay at Forest Gardens Getaway on Twist Lake. Very peaceful and serene setting. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. We stayed in their lower level. Very private. Many amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A must go for those looking for a relaxing safe haven. Debbie and Alan are wonderful and welcoming hosts, and Debbie’s breakfasts will leave you speechless. The property is beautiful. Me and my girlfriend loved every second being there. The only negative was leaving, 10/10 relaxation retreat.

Debbie and Alan are incredible hosts- one of the best vrbo properties and experiences we’ve ever had! Their home is exquisite - relaxing, peaceful, and comfortable. Their property and gardens are breathtaking- we really enjoyed relaxing on the deck after dropping off our child at college. Debbie’s breakfast was the best we had on our entire trip- so delicious! Wonderful Stay

Warm, friendly, genuine. These are a few descriptions I would use to describe Debbie and Alan. Beautiful, serene, relaxing. Words to describe the atmosphere. You truly feel valued and welcomed and the food is amazing. I hope we get the chance to stay with them again some day.

More than I expected

What an amazing property to stay at! Highly recommend if in the area however it was well worth the 4 hour drive for me and my wife to stay at. Alan and Debbie are a wonderful, down to earth couple whom you will enjoy talking with and Debbie’s breakfast that could be on a 5 star restaurant menu. You will not be disappointed!!

Girls getaway for mom and daughters

The experience was beyond words! Debbie and Alan have crew a wonderful place to rest, relax, recharge, and reflect. We spent four nights and wouldn’t change a thing. Nature abounds here and even the rainy weather provided what we needed: our own private contemplation station in the Northwoods! The breakfasts and table settings were something we looked forward to every morning. We are so grateful to have had this opportunity. We highly recommend multi-night stay at Forest Gardens Getaway.
