With 9 total beds, 3 bathrooms, a fireplace, private sauna, deck, and mountain views, it’s the perfect retreat for families and groups. Enjoy a full kitchen, Smart TVs, dedicated work space with 1GB speeds and resort-style amenities including a seasonal pool and five star dining 10 yards away. Just minutes from Hunter Mountain and local trails—ideal for skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing, or a relaxing Catskills getaway.

• Bunk Room – Perfect for families or groups, featuring two twin bunk beds with trundles, totaling 6 beds, a private balcony, and a retro N64 gaming system for nostalgic fun.
• Living Room – Spacious and inviting, with a pull-out couch featuring a 5-inch memory foam mattress, a cozy fireplace, and a Smart TV for movie nights.

Full access to all of the spaces! Please note the hot tub is seasonal and only open when the pool is not open, per local rules and regulations.
We have a property manager that lives 5 minutes away, but other than that you will get a Yale code before your stay.
No smoking and no parties. Maximum occupancy of 12 guests between the hours of 10PM and 8AM.
