Welcome to this wonderful and recently updated house in Cedar Park. This home is a STEAL of a deal. This beautiful property boasts 3 bedrooms, including a king and queen bed, bunk bed, full bed, and pull out twin bed. With 2.5 bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with everything you need, guests will feel right at home.

Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and convenience with free parking, desk areas, washer/dryer, plenty of closet space. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

THE SPACE:

Downstairs:
* Formal dining, kitchen, breakfast area, 1/2 bath, living room with 55” smart tv. The couch does not open to a bed.

The dining area can be used as a workstation.

Kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils and coffee/tea/cocoa.


Upstairs:
Master bedroom with king bed, dresser, nightstands, a desk and two closets
Bedroom 2 with a queen
Bedroom 3 with bunk bed, double bed and roll out twin mattress
Washer & Dryer

Two fold up crib/play pins, shampoo, conditioner, soap, extra towels provided.

Several games available.

Guest access:
You will be provided a door code so you can walk right in when you arrive.

Whole house is yours including the garage but no garage remote is provided.

Other notes:
We have left a booklet in the house for a quick reference to how to use the house and a few samples of places of interest.

This place was a great find. The space felt welcoming from the moment I walked in - clean rooms, thoughtful touches, pet friendly, board games, and toys that my 3 year old daughter loved playing with. A host who clearly cares about guest comfort. The neighborhood was peaceful, and everything I needed was just a short drive away. I appreciated how responsive the host was throughout my stay. I’d definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

We loved the location, easy to get to everything we needed. It is the first time in staying in an VRBO that I haven’t needed to ask a question or report an issue that should be addressed before the next guests arrived. It was very smooth to move in and just relax and enjoy the stay.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One thing that really stood out was how well the air conditioning worked, which made a huge difference during the hot summer weather. It kept the house cool and comfortable throughout our entire stay.The hosts were also incredibly friendly and responsive. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, they got back to us quickly and were very helpful. While we experienced a couple of minor issues during our stay, they were addressed promptly and did not take away from our overall experience.We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in Cedar Park. It was close to family and a great place to hang out. We loved the backyard. Breakfast was fun to host, and nice to have a coffee pot available. Bryan was fabulous to work with, prompt with help as we needed. We would definitely stay again!

We like to stay in short term rentals ourselves and decided to take the plunge with this home, our first home, and try a new adventure making it a place we'd like to stay in. You'll see this in the decorating, comfortable beds and what my wife knew we needed to add to the kitchen.
