City lights shimmer through wide windows, filling the apartment with natural light as you settle in. The hum of Nashville drifts up from the streets below, mixing with the quiet comfort of your private retreat. From sipping coffee in the morning to winding down with your favorite show at night, the space invites moments of calm and connection against the backdrop of the skyline.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment comfortably accommodates six guests across two bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed, the second offers a queen bed, and the living area includes a sofa sleeper. Each bedroom provides a serene space to recharge, with fresh bedding and a peaceful atmosphere. Two full bathrooms add convenience for groups, each stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and hot water.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is ready for your cooking needs, equipped with essentials and space to prepare meals. Brew coffee in the morning or enjoy casual dining at home before heading out to explore Nashville’s nearby neighborhoods.
Living & entertainment
The living area opens to city views, with Smart TVs in every room for entertainment at your fingertips. A pool table adds a playful touch to indoor gatherings, while air conditioning throughout keeps the space comfortable year-round. The washer and free in-unit dryer make longer stays easy and convenient.
Building amenities
Shared amenities include an outdoor pool, a 24/7 fitness center, and social and co-working lounges. An elevator provides easy access to your floor, and paid garage parking is available on the premises for $25 per night. Exterior security cameras in common areas, smoke alarms, and a first aid kit help provide a sense of safety throughout the building.
Neighborhood
Located near Music Row and The Gulch, the apartment puts you close to the city’s best sights, restaurants, and entertainment. Broadway’s live music and vibrant nightlife are just a short drive away, while local cafés, breweries, and boutiques offer a quieter, everyday charm. Return each evening to a calm retreat above the bustle of Nashville, with skyline views that transition from bright mornings to evening lights.

Other Things to Note:
Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the pool, gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay
Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.
1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.
2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area.
3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.
4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours.
5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.*
Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.
PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building. They are located in the following areas: gym, parking areas, lobby, lounge and pool.
