It was great having enough bathrooms that all 4 of us didn’t need to share.

The location is fantastic. The beds were really comfy, and the kitchen is well appointed. Elevator was a great convenience. Plus an ocean view!

Amenities were great! House is comfortable, and the bedroom in the master is the most comfortable we ever slept on! A few maintenance items with one or two plumbing challenge...but overall a very comfortable stay.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're so glad the amenities stood out and that the house felt comfortable throughout your stay, and hearing the master bedroom gave you the best sleep ever totally made our day! 🛏️💛 We appreciate you flagging the plumbing hiccups too, we'll get those looked into so they're sorted for next time. So glad it all added up to a very comfortable stay overall, we'd love to host you again soon!

A/C was not working upstairs. The temperature stayed around or above 80 during the week. We alerted the property management company during our check in considering we had 3 infants in the house and they responded with “we are aware, we left fans upstairs.” Unacceptable not telling us prior to check in considering they knew, also unacceptable not getting an HVAC technician out within our 5 day stay. Outside of that, property was very nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property overall. As a courtesy for your first stay with us, we were happy to provide a complimentary early check-in. To accommodate your request, we expedited the property's preparation by bringing in additional housekeeping staff so the home would be ready ahead of schedule, even though early check-ins are typically offered for an additional fee. Regarding the upstairs A/C, the area was experiencing a heat wave during your stay, with outdoor temperatures exceeding 100°F. During these conditions, it's common for the top floor of beach properties to remain warmer than the lower levels as the HVAC system works harder to keep up with the extreme heat. As a precaution during the heat wave, we had also placed additional fans upstairs to help keep the space as comfortable as possible. Once the concern was brought to our attention, we made every effort to schedule an HVAC technician during your stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure an appointment before your departure due to technician availability. The system was serviced immediately after your checkout to ensure everything was operating properly. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
