We had a great time at this property. The beach was beautiful, and the pool was nice. It was nice to see all of the families enjoying the outdoors.

A gem of a place at Colony Reef

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Colony Reef for decades. Everything about staying here is wonderful. From booking to staff to property and location, we’re never disappointed. I must say, this particular unit is an absolute gem. Beautifully updated, comfortable beds and a grand kitchen for cooking in house, this has been the best condo yet. A few steps farther to the beach, sure, but the view and quiet make up for the extra distance. We loved sitting on the balcony and seeing everything that was happening across the lawn and at the pool. Sunrises are spectacular. Go! Relax! And Enjoy!

Perfect Family Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have lived and vacationed in Florida for 50+ years and we have to say this was one of our top vacation rentals. The unit was immaculate with every detail addressed from kitchen supplies to water toys. The location is ideal, the beds were so comfy, the ocean view was perfect. Our two grandchildren played in the yard, pool and ocean for hours! So family friendly and the staff are top notch. The food trucks each day were a special treat and movie night was enjoyed by all. Thank you Colony Reef for a week of beautiful family memories! Definitely coming back next year to this beautiful condo!

Family vacation to St. Augustine

Our stay here was amazing. There was a situation but the property manager and staff went well beyond to take care of it. I highly recommend Colony Reef Club!!!❤️🏖️

Beautiful location

We enjoyed this condo! The view is wonderful and colony reef runs the facilities and rentals beautifully! A couple of things that weren't my favorite: 1. The washer and dryer are very small... but still we had a washer and dryer 2. The kitchen had most things except measuring cups... not a big deal though 3. There weren't any beach toys included but we brought our own All in all, a great vacation!

Beautiful ocean view and beautiful grounds

Loved this condo so close to the ocean. Pool was wonderful size and within easy walking distance. The condo had very comfortable beds, newer couches in the living room, and a decent amount of kitchen equipment for your stay.

Convenient location

My family had a lovely stay. The condo is perfectly situated with easy access to the beach as well as all that St Aug has to offer. The condo itself was clean but could use a little TLC and updating. But overall we were very comfortable during our stay. One bonus are the carts provided to get all your bags up and down the elevator!!

St. augstne fun

Alot of activities. Nice friendly people. weather was very nice. Beaches were beautiful. Surely make another vacation there one day.

First family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was our first family vacation and it was perfect. Wish it would have been warmer, but we did get one really nice day! We want to make our trip to colony reef an annual trip!! Thank you!

Incredible place

Staff were awesome and friendly. Condo was clean and well equipped, nice furniture and fully stocked kitchen. We had Thanksgiving here and didnt have to buy anything pots/pans/utensil wise to accommodate a family of 6. The view though.....AMAZING. I am thinking about making a yearly vacation here.
