We really enjoyed our stay at Hermit Haven. We were the only ones on the beach the whole week. There are only four other houses in close proximity, but it was nice as we were looking for something very relaxing than the normal beach type hustle and bustle. The house was really clean and loved the modern kitchen. Our dog loved the short walk to the beach and all the unleashed play time she got during our week long stay. The views out of the bedroom with the king bed was extremely nice, but some black shades would have been helpful as we didn’t want wake up as early as we did on “beach-time”. The move to the master bedroom solved that, even though it was a queen bed. The only thing negative would be the bugs in the late evenings, easily solved with some bug spray. There were no bug issues during the day. We would definitely stay here in the future as it was/is the best option for enjoying the beach with our dog.
