Nice gated community that was very clean. Great Ocean View. Close to grocery and Beach Park. There's AC, but if it's running, the intake compressor unit is out back and blows hot air. So we would turn AC off when enjoying the view.

The unit was clean and spacious. Beautiful lanai’s views Unfortunately the a/c handler is on the lanai and it emits horrible heat. We were not able to enjoy the lanai. Overall unit is great location

We’re very happy to hear that the home was comfortable, clean, and ideal for your needs, and that you were able to enjoy those incredible mauka breezes. We sincerely appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention. The stove knob, railings, foosball table, pool-area furnishings, umbrellas, and related items are all things that should be properly maintained and ready for our guests, and we have shared your comments with our property team for review and correction. We also apologize that the lack of functioning umbrellas left you without the shade you expected. Being in Hawaiʻi, geckos are a very common part of our tropical environment and can occasionally leave their mark on outdoor railings and lanais between cleanings, but we certainly appreciate you mentioning this as well. Mahalo again for the detailed feedback. We’re glad that despite these concerns, you found the home very comfortable and were able to enjoy your special anniversary weekend on the Big Island!

Only complaint was that if you had the ac units on the deck was hot and loud from the compressor that powered the AC. Other than that it was great.

The air conditioning compressors are located outside, and when the AC is running, they can generate some heat and operational noise in that area. We understand this may impact the lanai experience, especially during warmer parts of the day. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of this property, on the water, amazing view, beautiful property. Close to shopping and restaurants. Private beach access.Unit was well stocked including beach supplies (coolers, chairs, toys etc)Unit was clean with the exception of the worn throw rugs in the dining and living area..please throw these away! Also appreciated the great water pressure and air conditioning.

Fantastisk feriebolig

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vi havde den skønneste oplevelse med denne feriebolig. Ved check ind blev man mødt af en meget venlig medarbejder, der viste rundt i boligen.Boligen havde den mest fantastiske udsigt fra terrassen- ud over havet. Boligen var godt indrettet, var ren og pæn og der var et veludstyret køkken.Vi var 4 voksne og to børn (7 og 11 år) og det fungerede fint. Vi tog 2 strandstole ud på terrassen, for der var kun 4 spisestole. Det eneste minus var, at airconbeholderen var placeret midt på terrassen- og afgav meget varme og tog meget plads på terrassen, der ikke var kæmpestor - især ikke til 6 personer. Alt i alt en skøn bolig med et fint pool-område samt kort gå- tur til en lille strand velegnet til snorkling.
