Located in Ashton, Idaho, this home is perfectly positioned as a gateway to the region’s most iconic outdoor destinations. The West Yellowstone entrance is just about 1 hour away, while Grand Teton National Park is roughly 1.5 hours from the home. Jackson Hole is within about 1 hour 45 minutes, offering world-class dining, shopping, and mountain scenery.
You’ll also be close to local favorites like Island Park (about 30 minutes), Mesa Falls (a short scenic drive), and the St. Anthony Sand Dunes (approximately 45–60 minutes). Whether you’re here to fish, hike, explore national parks, or simply unwind, our home is an ideal and convenient home base for it all.

The main floor features an open-concept living area with a full kitchen, dining space, and cozy seating — perfect for gathering and sharing meals after a day of adventure. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee maker.
Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite includes a walk-in closet and private en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms are comfortably furnished — one with a queen bed and the other with twin-over-twin bunk beds plus an additional twin, ideal for families or groups.
A secondary living space upstairs provides extra room to relax, complete with seating and a TV. The home also includes a washer and dryer for guest use and a two-car garage for easy parking and gear storage.
