It appears you visited the property for only about 15 minutes, primarily to take photos and inquire about a refund, without any intention of staying. The information and photographs in our listing accurately represent the cabin, and nothing in the advertisement is false or misleading. The photos clearly show the space, and the term “cabin” was used correctly to describe the property. Additionally, our utility records and electric usage data show that the heating system was turned off after your visit. Turning off the heater in winter conditions poses a serious risk of frozen pipes and potential property damage. Fortunately, our maintenance team visited the following day and confirmed the issue before any harm occurred

We take your comments about the mold smell and interior updates seriously and will addressing them immediately. -We did conduct the mold test yesterday, and yield negative results. It could be the AC was turned up and didn't dehumidify the place on time. (to conserve energy, when unoccupied the temperature is setback to 78-80F) We understand how the lack of Wi-Fi and challenging directions may have made your stay more difficult. We’re working on improving signage and providing clearer instructions so guests can find the property more easily, even without cell service.
