Romantic King Studio with ocean views. Large smart TV, also includes cable. Free WiFi. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Resort has a poolside Tiki bar with great food and drink specials at great prices. Enjoy stolls on the beach, relax in our sun loungers by the pool, grab a bite at the tiki bar! We also have a fitness center!
Located 6 miles from the International Speedway and the excitement of Daytona. 2 miles to the Boardwalk, Bandshell, and Convention Center.

Comfy King bed with views of the ocean! Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker to have leftovers, make morning coffee and sit and watch the waves roll in. Updated bathroom with tub/shower combo. Completely renovated unit with marble tile floors!

We are located 6 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

The amount we paid for two nights did not reflect the condition of the property. From the moment we entered the building to our stay in the room, the entire experience felt outdated, poorly maintained, and unclean.Hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and marijuana.The room had a stale odor, and a plug-in air freshener was already in use.Only two lamps were provided; one didn’t work due to a broken switch, leaving minimal lighting.In the bathroom, one bulb was missing, another mismatched, and the shower sconce didn’t work.The tub did not drain properly while showering.Curtains couldn’t fully close due to a bent rod; no blackout shades, so morning light came straight in.The bed was two twin mattresses pushed together and very uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain. Only two pancake-thin pillows were provided and no extra blankets/sheets.No luggage stand; bags had to stay on the floor.Walls were dented and chipped; hinges were rusted.Microwave sat on a mini fridge with no counter space. Coffee maker provided, but no cups.Windows were extremely dirty, blocking the beach/ocean view.Despite stating no hidden fees, we were notified of a daily resort fee the day before arrival, and front desk staff were rarely available.Makeup and toiletries stayed in the room, as no room in bathroom.
Mold and rust in various places. They tried to paint over it
The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and I woke up with back pain. The bed consisted of two twin mattresses pushed together, and I woke up with my knee in the gap between them. There were only two very thin pillows provided. The only addition
The door hinges were rusted and appeared to have been painted over, with rust still visible through the paint
In the bathroom, the vanity light fixture was designed for four bulbs. One bulb was missing, and another was a different size and color than the others.
