You will feel more than welcome while staying here and not miss a moment of any of your favorite televised events watching one of our multiple Smart TV's throughout this home, including a fabulous 100” TV in the Den and a 50” TV on the Screened Porch.

If you love the outdoors, the patio is going to be your favorite place to hang out. Loads of outdoor spaces to choose from with the yard perfectly lit up with string lighting. A partially covered deck with a grill, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Relax in Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, or sit inside the screened in porch with fans and watch the TV by a gas fire table. Sit back and watch the golfers go by to the 18th fairway or play a round of golf while visiting!

The Kitchen is equipped and stocked with all the necessities you would have at home. From drinkware to baking dishes, plates and flatware, utensils plus pots and pans to countertop appliances, we have it all including a Keurig Coffee Maker!
The University of Alabama is a short 10 minute drive from Northriver and Birmingham, Alabama can be easily traveled to in 45+ minutes.
