Cute little house only a few minutes from The Ark. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac road. 3 Bedrooms, 2 with twin-over-full, and a memory foam King in the 3rd bedroom. Comfortable couches, large screen TV, high speed wifi, and a generous deck and back yard complete this ranch.

Come home for lunch from The Ark, put the kids down to nap, then head right back!

Also includes high chair, kids plates, and a pack-n-play to make your trip easier.

We loved how close the property was to the “Ark” and the “Creation Museum”! We would have liked a grocery store for some plastic wrap & leftover’s containers, but the close by Mexican Market was great! We really appreciated the bbq grill, the grassy backyard for the kids, the big TV, and the washer & dryers because our 4-night stay was in the middle of a 10-day trip.

We enjoyed our time. The amenities were comfortable. There were wads of sheets in the top of each closet which appeared to be used sheets from past renters. The neighborhood was quiet but neighbors were closer than what appeared in pictures. If you’re looking for a convenient location for Ark Encounter this is a fine place to stay. The back yard was a fun hill for the kids to play on but the space inside the house is limited for young, active kids. Good thing we tuckered them out with adventures.

The inside was so clean; the little perks of coffee pods and snacks were appreciated. Communication and instructions with the owner, Peter, was perfect. It truly is only a few min. to the ARK! we were 3 adults and a 7 yr old. All the beds were very comfortable and blankets (and heat) were warm….it snowed, high winds and in the teens when we went, so the cozy quiet house was a blessing! The neighbors are a little “junky”, but if you look past that it’s a perfect place to stay@

Great place and very close to the Arc

Awesome place, really easy to find. Host was VERY friendly and helpful/responsive. Neighborhood is only a little shady if you aren't used to it, but only a little.

The tub needs grab bars installed as we had an 83 year old fall in the tub and we had one person with a walker and they had trouble navigating the gravel for a sidewalk. I do not remember seeing these things when I signed up for the rental. Everything else was great!

My family and I had a great stay here. Very clean and had everything we needed. My teenagers were sad to see no tvs in their bedrooms but that's not a good enough reason to put lower stars. The living room furniture was very comfy.
