Quite, clean, there is an ant issue and the AC units could be larger. Overall a good place to stay.

Good, but not great.

The place was okay for a weekend, but had some issues. When we arrived the clothes dryer was running with clothes in it, and the dishwasher was running with dishes in it. The home was very clean. The living room was hot with one window unit. The bedroom had a separate window unit so it was much cooler. The shower smelled like a septic tank. I recommend bringing your own linens and towels to use.

Great Lake House Stay!!

The owner was very communicative and attended our needs very well, even when we had a slight problem. The inside was clean, outside there were a few ants that got on our cars, but the owner called pest control and dealt with it the same day. Other than that, it was a peaceful

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, primarily the Seattle Washington area but also Portland Oregon. I’ve lived in the Dallas Texas area since 2013. I’ve been a short term rental host since 2014 and I love it. I started out doing it part time and now it’s now what I do full time.

Only an hour from Dallas is this gorgeous Lake Tawakoni. Even better found houses directly on the lake for people to enjoy. Before this became a short term rental, we had met the neighbors and let them know about it becoming that. Found out it’s a very welcoming community and the direct neighbors are very nice.

This is a hidden gem. It’s a very comfortable house directly on the lake. You open up French doors right onto the deck with the most gorgeous view. This is hands down the best deal around.
