Beware, Not all info listed on booking! They are not at all transparent & customer service and communication is terrible! After multuple charges on my account hit, which were for a 30 min early check/late check out, which was paid in full within days of booking, I reached out and advised, weeks prior to our ay, it was no longer needed, we would only be laying our head to sleep late nights, leaving very early mornings due to our competition schedule. They advised they would reach out in regards to a refund and never heard back! The morning of our booking an additional 500 dollars was withheld from my account. Which was NOT stated anywhere in the booking or final statement of charges! Never! Reached out and they advised it was a deposit! Again, never stated, not even thru the little communication I had! Explained to them, this created a hardship due to not being advised or prepared, as a single mom traveling with a child with disabilities! Also, said due to that, we were not going to be able to travel. They just kept explaining they didn't take the money, just a hold, yet that money was completely unavailable to me and now almost a week later, still unavailable! Was told all weekend, they would be reaching out to host about the early/late check in fee after being told prior to check in & still no update!! This must be host decisions as many other moms rented thru VRBO and had NO deposits or very little, YET IT WAS STATED IN THEIR RENTAL! Proof provided! Home was immaculant!
