Many thanks for sharing your thoughts about your holiday vacation at Wyndham's Bonnet Creek.  While we are happy to hear that you were happy with their villa and vacation last year, we are distressed to learn that this vacation was not as enjoyable for you and your guests. There are 1,600 units at Wyndham Bonnet Creek  and the resort holds the right to placement on all units for owners or renters, as owners have points reservations not specific unit ownership. While a request can be made for a specific tower, floor or location, they cannot guarantee that all requests will be honored, although they do their best to honor as many as possible. We facilitate the rental for the owner so that guests can get it deeply discounted rate on their stay at Bonnet Creek over the resort rate and do our best to assure a seamless experience. With regard to the lapse of service you experienced upon arrival, this was beyond Concierge Realty's control and was solely the result of Wyndham experiencing fully capacity during the holidays. Your reservation was provided for the correct dates of travel and villa size which was our promise and obligation. Unfortunately, the experience fell a bit short once you arrived and we encourage all of guests to immediately relay any issues to resort management for the best change of being offered a satisfactory solution. Should you plan to travel again to Wyndham Bonnet Creek or other timeshare resort, please mention this and we will offer a discount as a token of our concern for our clients.

Thank you for leaving your comments, Tammie- Of course, the COVID-19 outbreak has been incredibly disruption. We understand that everyone's vacation is something to look forward to and is one of the most special times families can be together. That being said, I want to address each of your assertions in our defense. It is clear in our advertising that our timeshare rentals are non-refundable. This is because they are not reserved through the resort and once paid, the funds are used to pay for the accommodations. You reserved the stay March 13, 2020 when the virus was a known risk to everyone. The resort was open and we agree that the resort was affected by the social distancing and protective measures required. The resort remained open for the entirety of your stay. You chose to leave early and this does not affect the terms of your contract. That being said, we have constantly been working on your behalf with Wyndham since your departure to see if any credit could be extended to you. If the timeshare owner is able to confirm this, this benefit will convey to you. Please know that we continue to work on your behalf and, as you can imagine, Wyndham is working through thousands of requests, so it is taking time to address each request. Thanks for your patience and we will be in touch once we have more information for you.
