The space
This bright and stylish apartment combines timeless Southern charm with thoughtful modern touches. Enjoy high ceilings, abundant natural light, and locally curated artwork that connects you to the spirit of Charleston. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything an aspiring chef... or professional would need! The bedroom features a plush queen bed with luxury linens and blackout shades for restful sleep, and a writing desk for those needing a place to work from home. As a frequent traveler and real estate investor, there is nothing I love more than finding new places to stay and learning from those experiences to elevate my own rental properties. This is what inspired me to enter the short/mid-term rental space in 2021. Since then, I've stuck to my principals of buying homes in great locations and ensuring they are well appointed for both for my personal use and for those I host. The Harleston Village neighborhood and Colonial Lake made me fall in love with Charleston during my first visit to the city. When this condo became available, I knew I had to buy it and share it with others so they too could experience the charm of Charleston.

Located within the iconic Baker House (one of the few examples of Spanish Mission architecture in Charleston), this apartment blends simple modern lines with the historic charm of Charleston. The modern design makes the space feel open, airy, and functional, while the large historic windows let in tons of natural light. The living room features a variety of artwork and a historic brick wall which make the flat feel cozy despite the high-ceilings and open floor plan.
