This is meant to be a relaxing oasis. If you are looking for a party place, this is not your place. Only booked guests are permitted at the property or in the pool area out of respect to the other paid guests in the other two units. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful relaxing vacation, then please be our guests! The area is safe and wonderful! I actually live in this apartment in the off season, so I am bias, but I love the feel of the modern, yet retro beach feel of it. I hope you love it as much as I do!
