The Space:
Welcome to our amazing mansion locatedin a residential neighborhood, just around the corner from one of the city's most refined winery, Bodega Escorihuela Gascon. Inside the winery, you can enjoy the Michelin prized restaurant '1884' of famous argentinian chef Francis Mallmann. This beautiful property displays 9 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and ample living space to accommodate up to 21 guests.
If you rent our accommodation, you get two hours of daily cleaning included to keep your kitchen and bathrooms sparkling clean, as well as your beds made!
We also offer to take your grocery orders, stock your refrigerator, or light the fire for your barbecue!
The house has various social spaces, from terraces and galleries, a huge pool and heated jacuzzi full of sun and a large barbecue area with space to accommodate all diners. For your comfort, all bedrooms have air conditioner to enjoy a nice temperature during your stay.
The house has an ample parking space for two vehicles on the interior esplanade, in addition to a double space on the sidewalk, ideal for large groups with its own transportation to the wineries. It is a recognized and safe area due to its proximity to the city's main hospital.

Guest Access:
We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Mendoza city center offers several transit options for travelers to and from Mendoza Airport and Valle del Uco.
For transportation to and from Mendoza Airport, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.
