Enjoy a peaceful stay at this welcoming 1-bedroom apt in one of Cleveland’s newly renovated historical buildings located walking distance from Huntington bank field, rock & roll hall of fame, & public square. About a 21 minute walk from Playhouse square. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed,with amenities like a w/d, AC, & WiFi. Additional sleeping space with sofa bed making it an excellent choice for small groups or families. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

What an awesome place. Great location for our plans. Totally renovated, clean and easy in and out. Host was great, easy check in and answered all questions. Paid parking right next door in lot. Attendant there was great. Thanks again!

We were in town for a friend’s wedding and had a wonderful two night stay. Super walkable to different areas of Cleveland and a short uber ride to the flats. Place was very clean and spacious. The bathroom door doesn’t fully shut, so management may need to get that fixed. The area is very loud at night as it’s across from a night club but the place is well insulated that you can’t really hear it. Overall great experience and communication with management was excellent. Would stay here again.

Honestly one of the best lofts I’ve stayed in, in a long time. We were in town for the Morgan Wallen concert, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient just a short walk to and from Huntington Bank Field. We were so glad to avoid the post-concert chaos of 100 Ubers and crowds. The bed was super comfortable, the couch was cozy, and overall the space was great. Only minor concerns: the restroom door didn’t fully shut unless you lifted the door off the ground for a full shut, and the walls weren’t very soundproof (we could hear the neighbors as if they were in the room with us). It honestly didn’t bother us much though, and everything else more than made up for it. Would definitely book again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
