Relax with the family at this peaceful energy neutral home. Nestled between a national scenic byway & national scenic river this property is a quiet escape from the the city 20 minutes away. Large areas of lawn & walk out patio with fire pit make this a secluded place to relax & kick back with family or a group of friends. Pet friendly means your4-legged family can have a place to escape too. A large kitchen, craft room & office space also makes this ideal for indoor work or gatherings.

This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home offers more than you can imagine to kick back and relax or stay for business, sports or fun activities with family and friends! Pets are welcome (up to 3) for an additional fee.

Located just minutes from 315 and interstate 270, convenient access to downtown Columbus, Polaris, The Ohio State University and so much more.

Property is situated on close to three acres of land backing up to preserved nature space and Highbanks Metro Park.

This property is Energy/Carbon neutral. powered with 32 Kw of solar, 16 kw battery backup and 2 geothermal heat pumps. This property produces more energy than it consumes. It will also continue to power all low voltage items during a power outage (lights, Television, internet, appliances). Rest assured that while you relax in this spacious home you will be having minimal impact on the environment.

The house was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen included two refrigerators and would be great for a large group. Everything was clean. Check-in and out process was easy!

Needed a place to stay while attending a family funeral. It was an excellent home with everything we needed to be able to rest quietly during the week.

This house was huge, comfortable, and very clean. We came for a family trip to the Columbus zoo and it was perfect, only 10 mins away. One thing of note- there is minimal kitchen utensils, so if you plan on doing a decent amount of cooking, I would suggest you bring some extra cookie sheets, tongs, spatulas, etc. We were able to communicate with the hosts super quickly when we had questions and they were very helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again for our next zoo trip!

I would give 5 star, but for the price that we paid, we were surprised of the condition of the pots and pans (very old, scratchy-poor) condition.

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean and spacious. The check in instructions were easy to check in and to gain access the house. Our hosts, Stephen and Beth were responsive and answered our questions promptly. I wish were staying longer to get a chance to enjoy the spacious backyard and the patio firepit, but maybe next time. Great place for a family needing more space.

This beautiful house sit on acreage that backs up to the Olentangy river. We spotted deer in the backyard. The house was very clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Good communication with a renter.
