Cozy Studio in Historic Building on Girard Square Open Loft with King Size Bed
The Loft is part of a 100+ year old building that has been fully renovated giving guests a unique stay. The Loft consists of one upstairs bedroom with a king size bed, setting room, kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer.
When entering The Loft you will see an open concept with a 15 ft ceiling and brick wall with an outline of the large back door and windows of the original building. The decor theme is local heritage with a focus on our farming community.
The property consists of one UPSTAIRS bedroom (open loft) with a king size bed, two night tables, and a hanging clothing rack.
There are two upper windows that are open to the street. There are NO window coverings! Directly across the street from The Loft are the city police and fire station.
The main level consists of a small gathering space with two chairs and a TV along with a kitchenette with a retro style refrigerator and microwave. The stocked bathroom has a small walk-in shower and stackable washer and dryer.
