The space
The Space:
Private 1-bedroom guesthouse on our peaceful farm. Sleeps 4 comfortably. The one extra large bedroom contains a queen bed, a twin bed, and a toddler bed, with a crib always available in the unit. There is also a twin foldaway bed in the living room. There are dividers available for added privacy in the bedroom.

Outdoor Amenities:

Private fenced guest yard with direct access to the pool in the host's backyard
30,000-gallon swimming pool with slide and sun loungers (open May-September, weather permitting)
Pool closed 1 hour after maintenance on Thursdays and closed 24/7 from October-April
Two horse stalls available for a fee (pre-approval required)
Propane BBQ grill available upon request

Uncovered driveway parking for 2 vehicles
Trailer parking available upon request
Level 2 EV charging available (1 per full charge per 2-day stay—bring your own cord)

Guest access
Guests will have the entire guest house and the entire guest house backyard to themselves. Guests that are staying between May-September have access to the pool in the host’s backyard, however this space is off limits in the off season. Guests may park in one of the two parking spaces in front of the house. The pasture is off limits except for guests staying with horses.

Other things to note
Please note: Our pool is seasonal (May-September only). If you're planning to have visitors during your stay, please check with your hosts. We are a small farm, so you will see and hear horses and other small farm animals, but we promise it adds to the charm! Feel free to message us with any questions before booking.
