Welcome to Levity House
A retreat in the Western North Carolina mountains where the air is clean, the stars are bright, and the energy invites you to breathe deeper, laugh harder, and remember who you are. We are in an area called First Peak because we sit at the foothills of the first peak of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The 180 degree views are truly stunning from sunrise to sunset and the grounds are magic to walk on.
The Space
Tucked away in peaceful Polk County, Levity House was designed with intention, joy, and a bit of magic. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the shift—quiet, grounded, and full of possibility.
The home is filled with thoughtful design and cozy charm. Think soft linens, playful touches, and an open layout that encourages both connection and solitude. Whether you're here with family, close friends, or on a solo retreat, there's space to spread out, reflect, and just be.
Every corner is lovingly curated to create an experience that’s more than just a getaway, it’s a reset.

The Vibe
Levity House is designed to support your nervous system. It’s calm without being sterile, stylish without being overdone. You’ll find elements inspired by reiki, float therapy, and nature-based healing—but nothing is performative or forced. Just real beauty, real rest, and space to come back to yourself.
Guests often tell us they sleep better here than they have in years. Others say ideas start flowing, or tension they didn’t even realize they were carrying begins to melt. That’s not an accident—it’s by design.

Hosting with Heart
I’m Ashley—a writer, reiki practitioner, mom of three, and the heart behind Levity in All Things. I believe in building spaces that hold you, not just house you.
This home is an extension of that mission: to create places that lighten the load, soften the edges, and invite you to remember what matters. I’m here to make your stay seamless and special—and happy to share recommendations or insights to help make your time magical.
A Final Word
There’s a reason we called it Levity. This is more than a house—it’s a shift. A softening. A reminder to not take it all so seriously.
If you’re looking for loud parties, late-night chaos, or just a place to crash—this might not be your spot. But if you’re looking for something with soul, with heart, and with space to breathe… welcome home.
This is not a party house.
We welcome guests who value rest, respect, and reconnection.
Please read the full house rules before booking.
No pets. No events.
