気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
First off the house I booked was not available and I was put in another house that was not clean. The house walls in the hallway were dirty in just about every room. The door knob on the restroom door was about to fall off. Broken furniture. I also paid more money for the house I originally booked and then did no t get to stay in it: The host was also terrible. She did not acknowledge how dirty this house was or the missing remotes to there in bedroom and the fact there was no ironing board or blow dryer. I had to ask for the wifi information which she gave to me at 1 am and I had for it at 7pm. I did complain via Vrobo chat and per Jeremy he was escalating my issue and dated I should hear something with in 72 hours. I still have yet to here from anyone at Vrobo
