I was first given a room that was not ready to be occupied, not yet cleaned from the previous user. No apologies. Then, I came back one evening and the garbage from my bathroom garbage can had been emptied into the toilet? That was bizarre

DO NOT STAY HERE. I was charged an extra 60 on top of my prepaid reservation when I walked in the door due to extra "fees" that were not covered throguh the VRBO reservation. VRBO says all fees are included but that is not true. They charge an extra 20 per night when you arrive. In addition to the extra charge, the rooms were not clean (cobwebs and dust everywhere) and the service was bad. The internet and tv stopped working for over a day and they did nothing to fix it. There was no communication with the guests about the problem, and no one answered the phones at the front desk. This hotel is not a customer friendly business at all.

The thermostat in the room I was placed in was broken. It is January in NY so the room was freezing. I was moved to another room, but the room was considerably smaller than my initial room. I spoke to the host about this and they told me they couldn’t help because they’re only responsible for billing. The front desk was dismissive.

It was great. Very convenient location. Close to restaurants, museums, and so much within very close walking distance. And also minutes to walk to the subway station that takes you anywhere you want to go. Felt safe. Place was clean. Comfortable bed. Great value.

While initial impressions weren't anything special (the lobby is fairly small, and the elevators are old), our room suited our needs very well! We had enough space to move around in (I've stayed in much smaller rooms), and the room was clean. The location of the hotel was also ideal...a block and a half from the Fulton stop and many places were within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous location at a reasonable price. I stayed multiple days and all of my needs were met. The cleaning crew worked with me to find a time that worked for both of us. The front desk messaged me and followed up to see how everything was, and there was always someone at the desk ready to help. I loved being able to step out the front door to such an active area with things to see in all directions.
