My family stayed for 3 nights at this property. Check-in process was smooth and easy to manage. The home was clean and was in a convenient location to the areas we visited throughout our stay.Some things we would suggest for future stays would be to have fans located in each bedroom. There was only 1 AC unit to cool the top floor and the bedroom doors need to be left open in order to cool the rooms. Lastly,

Still waiting to hear back from management. Less than thrilled with our experience at this property. We returned from dinner on the first night to end up being locked out of our rental for nearly 2 hours, with a 3 year old mind you. The electronic locks batteries had died. We were directed to a lock box which was rusted shut and unable to obtain a master key. My child was unable to fall asleep until nearly 11 pm. The maintenance person was the only saving grace. He broke the padlock of the lockbox open with a hammer and we were finally able to renter the unit at around 10 pm. I asked very nicely to speak with management further of this situation and it’s been radio silence on their end. Poor inspection of their locks and back up locks are to blame. That being said, the property itself was fine. Very quaint. Beds were rock hard. Glad we only stayed 3 nights.

We loved this property. The location was perfect for the beach and the boardwalk. The upstairs unit has been recently renovated and was very nice. The kitchen was spacious as was the living room. The bathroom is small with a very small shower. The bedrooms are also small. We loved the porch. This unit is at the back of the house and up a full flight of steps which was not an issue for us. I would recommend this property.
