With 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 sparkling new bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 8 guests, this home has everything you need for the ultimate seaside escape.

Just steps from the ocean—less than 0.1 mile to the nearest beach access—Nauti Mermaid offers breathtaking ocean views and all the charm of a classic beach vacation with modern, stylish updates throughout.

On the second floor, you’ll find three bright and breezy bedrooms:
– Two queen bedrooms that share a sleek Jack and Jill bathroom.
– A serene king suite with a private bathroom—your own quiet corner after a day of coastal fun.

The third floor features an open-concept living space with a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, complete with a huge island, modern appliances, and plenty of room for gathering around. There's also a dining area, a cozy living space, and a designated workspace for those mixing business with pleasure. The fourth bedroom is also on this level, with its own en-suite bath and direct access to the pool deck.

LINENS - Clean and well-maintained linens are provided through a 3rd party vendor. All linens come wrapped for sanitary purposes.

PET POLICY - Pets are allowed with owner approval. An additional fee of $150 per pet will be added to your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets at Nauti Mermaid.

RENTAL POLICY - Guests must be 25 to book and not open to parties or events. Booking party MUST be onsite for duration of stay.
