Rose Barn is nestled in the heart of Val en Vignes. This charming, self-catering cottage in the Anjou region of the Loire Valley offers a peaceful escape with all the comforts of home, as well as a large, private heated pool.

Featuring two cozy bedrooms (furnished with queen, full and twin beds) it comfortably accommodates families or friends. We can also add a roll bed for a sixth person. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, private covered parking, a fenced, beautifully planted garden and a dedicated games area with a barbecue and outdoor seating - perfect for relaxing or reconnecting. We happily welcome pets for a small fee - and with beautiful trails nearby, your four-legged companions are in for a treat, too!

Stay connected and carefree with fiber-optic WiFi, Netflix and a washing machine at your disposal. The blend of rustic charm and modern amenities makes this property an ideal retreat for any season.

Enjoy the best of both worlds - the natural beauty of the French countryside while being close to supermarkets, chateaus, wineries as well as a zoo (Bioparc), Go Karting circuit, the rose capital of France and a family friendly amusement park (Parc de la Vallee) - all within 30 minutes!

Our stay at Rose Barn was absolutely delightful. The cottage was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, with beautiful grounds that made it feel like a true retreat. My family and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Eve and Erica were attentive and full of great suggestions for local activities (my children especially loved the giraffes at Bioparc Zoo).The pool was a highlight for all of us, and the nearby area offered so much to explore, including lovely scenic walks. One of the best recommendations from our hostesses was Le Lac restaurant – great food and such a nice venue.We only stayed for a few days this time, but we’ll definitely be back again for a longer stay (in 2026!) because there is so much to discover in the area.
