Shared HVAC System: This space shares an HVAC system with the main house, with the thermostat located upstairs. We're happy to adjust the temperature for your comfort—just let us know.
Guest Policy: Reservation includes up to 2 guests unless otherwise agreed upon during booking. A $50 daily fee applies for a 3rd guest, which includes setup of a twin bed, towels, linens, beach chair, and beach tag.
Accessibility Note: Access to the unit requires walking up and down 9 slightly steep steps. Not recommended for children under 12 or individuals with mobility issues. Mobile Signal: Verizon users may experience limited cell service inside the unit. AT&T and T-Mobile have no known issues.
Owner Access (Rare): On rare occasions, we may need brief access to the washer/dryer or secondary refrigerator. We’ll always request your consent first and strive to minimize any disruption.
Noise Notice: The unit may experience some noise from sump pumps and HVAC systems. Transparency & Communication:

Just a quick reminder: our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. As for trash, towels, and linens—feel free to leave everything as is. Anything do beyond that is always appreciated but never expected.
Please make sure to leave the keys and beach tags on the table to avoid $20 charge for each beach tags and $5 for each key that was not returned.

For nightlife and entertainment, head just 1.5 miles north to Atlantic City or 6.5 miles south to Ocean City.
