Welcome to my accommodation! This condo, "Edge Central Pattaya", is in the heart of Pattaya, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, beaches, and attractions within walking distance.
It features outstanding amenities like a two-level swimming pool, an infinity pool, a heated pool, a children's pool, two sauna rooms, a seaside-view fitness center, table tennis, billiards, a sky lounge, and two walking gardens within the condo. You can enjoy all these facilities at no additional cost.
The space:
This room is located on the 21st floor, facing north, offering stunning views of both the sea and the city.
Rooms facing north are typically quieter compared to those facing south, as the southern side is nearer to pubs, bars, and other nightlife attractions. If you prefer a peaceful environment, this room is highly recommended!
The room features one bedroom with two queen-size beds (5 feet), a kitchen, and a bathroom.
- For groups of 4 or 3 guests: Each bed comfortably accommodates 2 people.
- For 2 guests or fewer: The room can be arranged as a one-bedroom suite with a living room, where one of the beds can be converted into a sofa, creating a spacious area for working, dining, or relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking city and sea views.
In-Room Amenities:
- Fast, free indoor WiFi powered by fiber optics
- Smart TV with free Netflix for access to a wide variety of shows and movies
- Refrigerator, stove with pots and pans, electric kettle, microwave, and water heater
- Coffee provided and a fully equipped kitchenette with dish detergent

*The common facilities of the condo are available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day
During your stay
Welcome to our self-service system. You can easily check in and check out independently, without the need to meet with me or any staff members.
However, if you have any questions or require assistance, please feel free to communicate with me via Vrbo messages. I am typically available from 8:00 AM to midnight (GMT+7, Thailand time).
For any issues that arise outside of these hours, our condo staff is available 24/7. Their office is located to the left of the entrance in the lobby on the second floor.
Other things to note
*** Please review the following rules carefully before making your booking. Your acceptance of all rules is required in order to stay with me ***
- No Smoking: Kindly refrain from smoking in the room or common areas. If this rule is violated, a fine of up to 10,000 THB may apply. Please use the designated smoking area behind the condo building.
- No Durian: Please do not bring durian into the room, as there is a fine of up to 1,000 THB for doing so.
- No Eating or Drinking in Common Areas: Eating and drinking are not permitted in the common areas. A fine of up to 5,000 THB may apply if this rule is not followed.
- Toilet Use: Please do not dispose of paper in the toilet. A fine of up to 1,000 THB may be charged for this, so your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness is appreciated.
- Parking: Parking is complimentary if you inform us in advance. Without prior notification, a charge of 250 THB per night will apply.
- Mattress Care: Please avoid difficult-to-clean stains on the mattress, such as blood stains. Fines of up to 1,000 THB may be charged for such damage, so we kindly ask you to take good care of it.
- Keycard Safety: Please ensure the keycard is kept safe. A replacement fine of 1,000 THB may be charged if it is lost, so please handle it with care.
- Asset Care: Please take care of all assets in the room. In case of loss or damage, you will be fined for the actual price of the asset.
