Explore private mountain trails, then relax at the clubhouse with a heated pool, gym, game room, bar, and 2 hot tubs. The private lake with deck hot tubs complete the fun for family and friends.

THE SPACE:
Welcome to your private 3,500 sq. ft. luxury escape with panoramic Rocky Mountain views. This beautifully decorated, multi-level 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home sits on 1 acre, featuring a heated 3-car garage with ample gear storage and a private hot tub—perfect after a day of skiing or hiking.

Enjoy a state-of-the-art kitchen with premium appliances, a grand master suite with forest views, and TVs in every bedroom. Relax by the electric fireplace or catch a movie on the 65” TV. The home is family-friendly and fully stocked for kids.

The bedroom configuration is as follows:

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
Guests of Summit Sky Ranch have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including private hiking trails, private fishing waters, Aspen House and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities includes two hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool, a fitness center, a wellness room, a kids game room, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. The Lake House amenities include a 2 hot tubs, fire pit, 2 Grills, nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist for fishing , kayaking and SUP'ing.

The house is amazing, the host super attentive and promptly answer to messages. We had an amazing time at the house, it was very comfortable and the amenities were great.

This house was extremmely modern, warm and a comforting environment with heated floors.Excellent amenities from the hot tub to the kitchen appliances.Nice heated garage to keep the cars and gear warm.Very responsive host to any questions or issues we encountered. Overall an excellent experience.

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful. The backyard backs into a hiking trail and with the snow we were able to sled right around the trees. There is a gas outdoor fireplace which we also enjoyed while sledding. We didn’t use the jacuzzi on site but we did take advantage of the hot tub at the aspen house. Everything was very clean. Nadine responded to any questions and concerns immediately. The floors are heated and that made us stay warm and comfortable at all times. Overall a great visit for two families.
