While others dreamt of stardom, I was obsessed with textiles — colors, textures, embroidery, and embellishments. That passion led me to become a textile analyst, working in the dazzling world of high fashion, where every thread told a story.
Along the way, I met a guy who not only kept up with my energy but also didn’t flinch at my love for Bryan Adams and 90s pop. We got married, packed our dreams, and moved to Zimbabwe, where we lived for 14 unforgettable years. It was a chapter full of beauty, adventure, and occasional power cuts — but mostly love and laughter.
In Zimbabwe, we had two wonderful kids who taught us patience, joy, and how to build Lego villages without losing our minds. Life was vibrant and unpredictable — much like raising children!
Outside of work, I’ve always been a runner, kickboxing enthusiast, and an unapologetic fan of street jazz dance. Movement and music have always been my therapy — and my soundtrack is still stuck in the 90s.
A year ago, we started a new chapter in Dubai, and I discovered a fresh passion: hosting and guest relations. I realized that creating warm, memorable experiences for people lights me up just like fashion once did. Whether it’s welcoming guests or sharing a story over coffee, I’ve found joy in human connection.
