This unique place has a style of its own. It is located in a prime location in Takoradi, Beach Road, and connected to other parts of the city. For beach lovers, it's a one-minute walk to the beach and near several beach hotels, restaurants and bars like African Beach, Coconut Bay, Gilou restaurant, Nobel House, and many more!
The property has amazing amenities such as a patio and recently renovated bathrooms! It is very quiet and peaceful; ideal for individuals, families and groups.

The space
There are three rooms available in this house.

When you book the entire house, you get all the three rooms including the master bedroom. The Master bedroom has its own private washroom, and a TV. The other two rooms share a washroom. There is an additional guest toilet for guests. There is a full kitchen, a beautiful living room, and a work space that you get all to yourself when you book the entire house!

There is also a patio right behind the unit that you can enjoy!

Please DO NOT smoke inside the house - there is a big outdoor space for smoking.

Excellent stay overall. The property was spotless and well organized before our arrival and exactly as described in the ad with very spacious rooms. All amenities mentioned were fully functional, including the swimming pool and everything prepared with guest comfort in mind. Communication with the host was smooth, professional and notably responsive. I would confidently recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again and again. A true hidden gem.

Would not recommend. Firstly, we paid for 8 nights and have documentation to prove it however when we arrived we were told there were guests staying in the house and the host only had a record of us staying beginning 2 days later. Although the host was nice, this caused us to have to book two new rooms to stay in during high season which was very expensive. The most frustrating part of the check-in was that there was no electricity. This meant no wifi, no a/c, no hot water, no fan, no TV. This was crucial, as I was travelling for work and needed connection as well to keep in touch with my daughter back home. The property managers needed to top up electricity and it took them one day to do so. Then for 2 days they did not top up the data for internet. They gave us a story that the app was down however we later came to learn that they never even had a sim in the internet box. The following day the water ran out. They instructed us to use a bucket of water that had been left in the kitchen from the previous guests. The following day again no electricity because they did not top up enough money on the account. Ad included laundry but there was no laundry - it had to be given to the cleaner and returned a couple days later- laundry returned damaged. Place full of cockroaches. They told us to limit our electricity and internet use b/c it was costing them too much money. Ad included patio, there was no patio only walking space around a pool we were not allowed to use.
