Our new favorite property in the Murfreesboro area. House was as listed and very clean on arrival. Exceptionally quiet and safe neighborhood.

Everything was clean and very well stocked!! Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Would stay again if in Murfreesboro or even to go to Nashville. It was only about 35-40 minutes to Nashville. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Wonderful all around. Comfy beds and bedding, plenty of towels and such, kitchen stocked with high quality pots and utensils. Safe and quiet neighborhood, nice backyard to watch fireflies and rabbits nightly. Only wish the trip was for vacation instead of work so we could have enjoyed it more.

Hi there! I'm Josh, and I've proudly called Murfreesboro home for over 15 years now. This community means a great deal to me; it's where my wife, our two daughters, and I have built our life. I'm also really passionate about our local business scene – I own a few businesses right here in town and genuinely love supporting other local entrepreneurs.

Fun fact: My wife and I are MTSU graduates! Go Blue!

When I'm not focused on work or family time, I love getting outdoors. You can often find me doing yard work or hitting the hiking trails. I'm also a big music lover and enjoy playing the guitar whenever I get the chance.

It's a pretty good life here in Murfreesboro and I encourage you to get out and visit some local shops and restaurants.

House is in a very quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. There is only one way in and one way out. So, there is no through traffic. It's the perfect little neighborhood to take a morning or evening walk.

The key thing that makes this place unique is the Living Room TV. It has LED backlights that will change colors based on what is on the screen. So, kickback and enjoy and movie with your family at night.
