This is a cozy cabin. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The owners pay attention to detail and you have all the information you need to know posted in the house. The living space comfortably accommodated our grown children when they came for Christmas present exchange. My puppies had a long driveway to walk and explore. Perfect for us!

Decorated with comfort in mind. Attention to detail from coffee maker options to every kitchen utensil you can possibly need. Cozy and warm.

The best way to understand this cabin’s proximity to the city while remaining a real getaway experience is this: we picked up some great wine, aged Gouda, Stilton, and some other items in town. Then drove 12 minutes to the cabin where we had to wait just a moment for a flock of turkeys to hop and flutter out of the driveway. The highway makes it incredibly convenient to quickly get where you’re going. The furnishings are incredibly comfortable and remind me of visiting older relatives. We cooked on the gas grill and in the kitchen which has a very nice fridge and I’m jealous of their water heater! We never ran out of hot water even using the upgraded shower with multiple jets. We stayed in November, which in middle TN meant we got a few 75 degree days which the AC handled fine and a few 30 degree days which the heat kept us warm as well. I plan to return!

The cabin has everything we needed for an eight night stay. The location is very convenient to get to downtown Nashville and other attractions. The cabin is clean and we lived there wrap around deck. Thank You for sharing your beautiful cabin.

The cabin is secluded and private although road noise can be intrusive. The driveway is manageable but steep. The cabin is spacious with plenty of room for guests and a cosy living room ideal for movies at the end of the day.

This is a lovely cabin and we absolutely enjoyed our stay for our annual sisters trip. We had long days in Nashville and it was nice to return to tranquility where we relaxed watching movies or playing cards. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the cabin was furnished with everything you could possibly need. We had a little issue with heater and smoke detectors but the property manager was very responsive sending someone to check on us. The only downfall was the highway traffic if you are sitting outside on the deck (could not hear on the inside). Also, the steep drive getting to the property. It was difficult to see the drive from the road and making some of the tight turns at night. We thought lights and/or reflectors would be helpful to navigate. Overall, a delightful stay!

Great stay if you are looking for a taste of the outdoors while still being close to the city. Spacious cabin with everything that we needed. The deck was lovely for watching wildlife! We saw deer and tons of birds! There was a bit of traffic noise, but that's because the cabin is located in a valley, but other than that everything was great. The driveway is steep, so be ready for that. Not terrible though. Would definitely go back!

This property was better than advertised. House is beautifully decorated and outdoor areas are warm and inviting. Furniture is appropriate for the cottage style home. We were a party of five and there was more than enough space for everyone. I'm definitely going back if this property is avaliable next year. I highly recommend a stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Very pleased with our stay. Not far from Nashville so quick drive to and from the CMA fest. Plenty of room and appreciated the room to bathroom ratio as it made so much easier for multiple people to get ready. Plenty of seating and felt very comfortable. We seen a couple deer while driving in and out the area. There is a grocery store and gas station 10 minutes from the house. We had breakfast at Rubys kitchen at Mason's. Highly recommended and dont forget to try their sweet tea. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Nashville.

Nice Cabin rental outside of Nashville

Had a very nice stay at the cabin in Goodlettsville. The cabin was very nice and comfortable and everything we were looking for on our vivit to the Nashville area. Our only additional feedback would be, 1) driveway can be a challenge to locate at night. improved reflector or possibly even solar light on pole would be helpful. 2) The tanks at the gas grill both appeared to be empty. The request was for guests to fill these. Which did not seem appropriate.

Loved everything. I only wish the description had mentioned the pretty steep drive. Once we arrived, I called to warn my sister and she almost backed out of coming. But we had a great time.

Cabin well appointed with all one needs other than food/beverages. Nashville traffic can be challenging with frequent delays & congestion common.We enjoyed just being on the property & the Goodletsville area.

Cabin in the woods

We found this property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook and serve a meal. The host was especially quick to respond to any question we had. The road leading up to the property was narrow but we had no problem negotiating it. My only regret was that we were not there when the trees are in full bloom. It would have made the homey feeling of the cabin even better!

Great place to stay!

We loved the property! It has the cabin in the woods feel on the outside with updated furnishings on the inside. The owner was accommodating and easy to work with.
