Hello! We are Tess and Hugh, traveling addicts and hospitality enthusiasts! We're both jumbled mixes of Antillean, European, and American with backgrounds in art and property management. We are pretty eager to show off this gorgeous island we live on and hope to repay some of the hospitality and kindness that has been shown to us all over the world!

We live in the neighborhood so we are never far away to help with anything at all. We will be available to welcome guests and answer any questions while still ensuring /respecting your total privacy.

Pic Paradis is off the beaten path, and that's why we love it! Even though you are minutes from a beach, once you are up the hill you will find yourself surrounded by lush vegetation. Perched above the westerly side of the island, from the breezy terrace, you're guaranteed spectacular sunsets every evening. A 'sundowner' never tasted so good. This exclusive neighborhood is centrally located, so nothing is very far away. Up here, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all.

At the bottom of the hill, only 2 minutes away, is the famous Loterie Farm, offering Pool lounge, restaurants, bar, zip-lining, and hiking trails. A 5 minute drive will take you to Friars Beach and the secluded Happy Bay Beach. In just 10 minutes, you could be strolling the streets of Marigot or enjoying fine dining in Grand Case. From this sanctuary, nothing is more than 25 mins away.

Depending on the length of your stay, Villa Paradis comes with maid service offered half-way through your trip. We work closely with a trusted private chef who would be happy to arrange dining experiences for you. Also, please ask about our spa services which come directly to you at Villa Paradis.

Villa Paradis is one of the most charming villas in Pic Paradis. Tastefully decorated with all the modern amenities, the cozy atmosphere will have you feeling right at home. The fact that the villa features two autonomous levels is perfect for those wanting individual space while still being close on the same property.

Split on two levels, the upstairs features two light and airy bedrooms with private bathrooms plus a shared guest toilet, a central living room with a 55'' smart tv including Netflix, High speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and BBQ. The main terrace features an 8 person dining room table and panoramic views of St. Martin/St. Maarten and neighboring islands!

Just below the terrace, on the ground floor, is the pool deck. Work on your tan while lounging on the daybeds or take a swim in the heated pool, all while gazing at the beautiful views Pic Paradis has to offer.

The downstairs is a one bedroom with private bathroom and en-suite bar/games room, a second kitchen and even a cinema room including a collection of 500+ dvds. All this sits on a big yard full of tropical greenery including a variety of fruit trees.

Pic Paradis is truly one of the most beautiful places on the island. The sense of peace and privacy is unbeatable, not to mention very romantic. Up here, you feel removed from all of the stress of the world, yet, you are only 10-20 mins away from everything the island has to offer.
