Unit needs upgrade

Water pressure on third floor was a times just a trickle of water. Hot tub on top deck is useless and was dirty. We did not fill with water. Would rather have more room and chairs and table. Bed mattresses were like futons, very hard. We had to purchase a cooler as the one in the unit is broken. Also had to purchase wash clothes, paper towels, and toilet paper. View is nice and we like the resort overall, but this unit is very tired.

I wish 0 stars was an option.

Very very disappointing experience with this condo and its owner Alturo. We arrived at our condo to find that it had not been cleaned. We had arrived a bit early, 2PM and assumed that maybe they had just not had a chance to get to it yet so we went for a late lunch and returned around 5PM to find that nothing had been done. I contacted to owner and he said that he would send someone over which he did but it was to little to late. We got to see the unmade beds and pillows covered in what seemed to be urine stains. The kitchen supplies where good for nothing but the garbage so we actually bought ourselves new pots and pans and everything was just filthy and in non working condition. We stayed the night but decided after barely sleeping, A/C didn't work in two of the rooms, to leave and try and salvage our family vacation somehow. I requested a refund from the owner and to date have heard nothing back from him. Extremely disappointing to travel that distance and find what we found. I will be following up and hopefully get the refund we deserve.
