Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, this inviting four-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, scenery, and convenience- just a short drive from town, yet a world away in serenity.

With plenty of room for the family and friends to relax and reconnect, the home comfortably accommodates larger groups with three king beds, two queen beds, and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Two separate living areas and four outdoor decks provide ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.

Designed for indoor-outdoor living, our home features a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill and seven-person hot tub on the main spacious patio overlooking the valley and river below. Enjoy beautiful mountain views that change with the seasons, creating a unique and peaceful setting year-round.

Conveniently located just minutes from charming coffee shops, shopping, hiking and biking trails, fishing, ski resorts, the Eagle River Nature Center, and local museums, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of a peaceful surroundings and easy access to everything the Anchorage areas has to offer- all just 20 minutes from downtown Anchorage.

We had a great time with family. Home was inviting, warm and welcoming. Well equipped, no unnecessary trips to the store. Instructions were provided for house equipment. Communication with owners, excellent, timely and friendly. Highly recommend.

This was a good house. I didn't realize in advance that it was in a neighborhood with houses close on both sides. There is one mountain behind the house with a valley/river below, but the view is mostly obstructed by trees.
