Welcome to this unique duplex apartment which has 2 rooms with a floor area of 55.62 m2, located on the top 6th floor with easy access by elevator from the 5th floor. This apartment is ideal for those looking for a combination of cozy quet living in the historical charm of Prague.
There is a bedroom with a classic double bed for two adults and a sofa bed for 1 child up to 12 years, as well as a living room with a 160 cm wide double bed.
The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. It includes dishes, cutlery, a hob, a convection and microwave oven, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher etc.
The bathroom and toilet are in one room. There is also a shower and an automatic washing machine.
Apartment has a nice quarter view and you may take a short walk or use tram to most popular market place, restaurants, coffee shops, cinemas, river side and historical Prague. Enjoy it!
