This inviting living space is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. With a warm and inviting atmosphere. Close to downtown and all the bars on Washington Ave strip:

• Cozy and modern Queen Bed with plenty of pillow

• Walking distance to a lot of Nightlife, restaurant and running trail.

• Central A/C + Heat

• Rooftop pool

• Fully equipped kitchen with blender, Keurig coffee maker and toaster

• Workstation for business travelers and conference visitors.

The unit is located in the Washington height area of Houston. Walking distance to plenty restaurants and bar on Washington ave, but still far enough to be insulated from the noise of the party crowd. There is also a Walmart and HEB for groceries within a 1 mile radius
