Wow……this place is was so comfortable and gorgeous . The space outside to start a fire in the fire pit and walk around in nature was so nice . The setup of the rooms for entertainment such as ping pong , games was super family friendly . Kitchen was very useful as well and perfect for what we needed it for . The rooms were all so unique and everything was extremely clean and nice . James; the owner was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end . We will definitely be booking again with this location soon:) very very nice ! Thank you !

If you are into comfort over modern shine, this is the place for you. We had a wonderful stay. I wish we had more days to enjoy a fire. This is a simple clean home with a country vibe. The ping pong table is a good solid one for some excellent games. TVs in many rooms although we barely turned one on. Many treasures to find like the old fashioned record player! The owners are available and close by if you have issues…. We didn’t have any. You have a private entry right off a quite country type road, and it’s a separate house. Extra rooms for your group. We were so tired from the wedding we went to …. To arrive and soon slip under some silky sheets was great!! To visit with others in the wedding party, we ended up at a loud, slow, busy cafe that cost so much. The small kids stuck in chairs for over a hour wait….. I wish I had cooked breakfast at our rental and invited everyone there. We had the space and it would have been so much better! It’s conducive for visiting and reconnecting. And a fantastic price! Close enough to the stock yards for Fort Worth events. The kitchen and bathroom are upstairs. Owners were very nice. Heard they are expanding….. to host events….

The house is cuter in person than in the pics! Thoughtful decor all the way through. Cozy blankets and throws everywhere. So much entertainment in this space. We weren't there much bc we were in town for a wedding but the kids loved the upstairs space. Soft carpet for all the flips!! The beds were sooo comfortable!!! It's very quiet while not secluded. One bathroom is literally the only low point for the property which we were aware of so no problem. If we are back in the area, i would love to stay again and check out the creek and surrounding property. Thanks for having us!! Rybolts
