Thank you for your feedback, EJ. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The TVs in the home are new and standard-sized, and the refrigerator is also brand new, including the interior lighting, so we’re not sure what issue was encountered there. Regarding the master bedroom fan, this was the first time we were made aware of a problem. Had it been reported during the stay, we would have immediately sent maintenance to address it, as we always aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible. As for the kitchen, the home is stocked with multiple pans, utensils, and basic cooking essentials. We’re sorry if they were overlooked. We are always working to improve and truly value feedback that helps us make the stay better for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us.
