Relax on the porches with Gulf views or walk less than 100 yards to the beach to view the gorgeous sugar white sand and emerald waters. This beautifully decorated 2500 sq. ft. 4-bedroom, 4 bath features a main house with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a private pool, and a separate cabana with a King bedroom and full bath - perfect for a grandparent getaway or one with small children. With walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and activities, Restin' in Destin is the perfect vacation home!

The main home welcomes you with an open floor plan with the family room, dining and kitchen areas. The fully stocked kitchen and dining seating will make family meal times a joy! The first floor also includes a Queen bedroom with a full bath. The second floor features a large master bedroom with a sitting area and full bath as well as a lovely large balcony for your enjoyment. The second upstairs bedroom is exceptionally large and has two sets of bunk beds with its own full private bath.

The spacious deck around the private pool features lots of seating areas so the whole family can enjoy pool time. There are gates separating both the main house to the pool and the cabana to the pool so that area is secure. You will truly cherish your time in this wonderful home so close to the beach!

- Small dogs are considered for an additional pet fee upon approval (30 lbs., max 2).
- The pool can be heated from Oct-March for an additional fee with 48-hour notice.

Me and my family had a great time at this property. We only had the one issue with the pool heat going out, but it was fixed first thing the next day. Would stay here again.

The home was conveniently located to everything. The pool area was so nice! It was perfect for our Family! Loved the fenced back yard for the dog. We give the home a 5 out of 5 and would return.

Terrible, neglected and rundown. Doesn’t match pictures online. I’m seeking a full refund. We had three babies with us. Two 3 year olds and a 2 year old and the pool house gate didn’t lock. Ladder had one step!!! Every house in the area was clean, landscaped and attractive. Our rental was an eyesore. I begged for people to come and mow, weed rat and edge and was refused. The coils for the a/c leaked water into the hall and had to be fixed..

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration, especially while traveling with young children. The concerns you raised regarding the pool gate, ladder, landscaping, overall condition of the property, and AC leak are serious, and we sincerely apologize that these issues impacted your stay. We also regret that your requests for assistance with the exterior were not handled to your satisfaction. Landscaping was already scheduled for the deep landscaping. However, it really just needed a trim and edging. We have had a lot of rain days recently. The pool gate latches. It is our preference to only have that top step on the ladder there are beautiful steps on the other side of the pool. The AC was set to low causing extra condensation and puddled. I'm happy we had a trusted HVAC company there within a couple of hours. Please in the future do not set the AC below 70. The review just before yours was from someone that left the same day you arrived. Regarding your request for a full refund, WE UNDERSTAND why you are seeking one. There will not be a refund. I do hope you were able to find joy in your vacation. Thank you for sharing this feedback and giving us the opportunity to address these concerns.

Overall the location of this house can not be beat; it is only a short--3 minute walk to the beach, maybe 3 blocks total. That being said, there were a few issues for me that reduced its rating. First the condo might not be available to check in at 4 pm, and it could be as late as 7, this is an issue for families with young children. If I missed this in the listing that is my mistake but it really stressed me out the day before arrival. Fortunately the condo was ready before that, unfortunately, the cleaning was not up to standard and I believe there was no mopping, dusting, or anything beyond a basic sweep and clean, and changing bed linens that was done. We all had black feet immediately after walking around the unit. There was popped balloons all over the pool deck. Trash in the front yard. I found chips just under the sofa. Dishes were in cabinets dirty. There is also a sign up stating if you us e the sofa bed in the large room with the bunks that you'll be charged 60 for that, so if they don't want it used, why is it there? Charging on top of what is already being paid is ridiculous. There were constant texts about the trash and putting the cans out. Asking a new guest to put out the cans filled with the past guests trash is wild to me. I check in and am immediately being told to put out trash cans for pick up. Perhaps a different way of managing your guests trash needs to be handled. Also had a landscaper come to give quotes while we were in the unit.

We apologize for the uncertainty surrounding your check-in time and understand how stressful that can be, especially when traveling with young children. We’ll review how this information is communicated so expectations are clearer before arrival. We’re especially disappointed to hear about the condition of the condo upon your arrival. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and issues such as dirty floors, dishes, trash, balloons, and food left behind should not have been present. We will be addressing these concerns with our cleaning and property teams. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the sofa bed fee and the repeated trash reminders. We understand how those policies and communications could feel frustrating, particularly when you’ve just arrived and are trying to settle in. We’ll review how these policies are presented and how trash is managed between guests. Finally, we apologize for the landscaper visiting while you were staying in the unit. We agree that any nonessential property visits should be coordinated appropriately to avoid disturbing guests. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback is valuable and gives us several areas to improve for future guests.

This was the first time my family has stayed in a house instead of condo on the beach, we were a little concerned about not being on beach but was pleasantly surprised and loved this house. We would definitely stay here again. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room and the kids loved the pool! I would definitely recommend this house, so close to beach literally 2 min walk, was clean and easy check in. Lovely home and we are looking forward to coming back.
