Outdoor living space very accommodating and pet friendly. A very peaceful/quiet neighborhood with a lot of civil rights history. Great location for walking/biking to local restaurants and downtown. Kelly, our host, was very available and responsive to any questions/needs we had.

Great stay in a great location! Kelly was easy to get in touch with and very communicative. I love the Lincolnville area, so easy to walk everywhere.The only thing I would mention were the keypad access was very touchy, so I locked us out for a few minutes. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!

We loved the location, the parking, the cleanliness, the design and the layout of the home. It was beautiful and comfortable! We had a couple of insignificant glitches and they were immediately remedied. Responsiveness was outstanding!

The property is exactly as posted. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and furniture and plenty of clean towels. Our pet doggy loved the front and under house areas and we totally enjoyed the quiet cool neighborhood to walk her.Off street parking is great. We barely moved our car as we walked to Cornerstone Cafe (Breakfast and lunch), St Augustine Fish Camp , Ice Plant, Rose Doge Brewery. and Gaufres and Goods and several other downtown Augustine Stops. There is even a Trolly Stop nearby. Also , the Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center, which we visited, is just down the street,
