We had a great stay here. We walked to the beach every day, and the apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive.

Just one block from the beach

Nice neighborhood, property is ok for family of 4. The only problem - it's hard to find parking space on the streets, but there is paid parking lot nearby.

Great little location for our CA beach vacay!

The house was great for our 3 person trip. Very easy access to the beach. We purchased overnight parking from the garage on N Venice Dr. which made it very easy to come and go. Would stay again!

Lovely little spot right by the beach

Lovely little spot right by the beach- the property owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. They even went so far to give a list of favorite spots near the apartment. It had a clean and comfortable bed and great little layout of the room.

Great location

The owner provided everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. It is just steps from the beach and boardwalk entertainment. He check on our needs and offered help with everything. Great three week stay.

Quick Getaway

Very comfortable place to stay during our 5 day visit to see our son. Don was great at communicating about good local restaurants and things of interest to do. Loved the top deck. Great place to have a class of wine and take in the views.

Heaven at Venice Beach

It was so nice to have been greeted by the owner and he helped carry in our luggage! The condo was very clean and roomy! Loved the roof top deck with the gorgeous views of the ocean! It was everything we expected and more! Parking was challenging, but we found a parking garage a block away, so that worked!

Great stay at Heaven Venice Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Heaven. Don is a great host - super responsive and helpful in case of questions. Ideal to explore Venice beach and for biking along the coast line. Efficient location to explore other parts of the city as driving mostly counter traffic in morning/evening. We could almost always park in front of the apartment. Thanks for a nice stay.

Excellent Location

The apartment is well appointed as described. Just steps to VB and all it has to offer. Easy walk to Santa Monica and Abbott Kinney Blvd. A little smaller than I initially expected, but turned out to be the perfect vacation venue. Owners were very attentive and most accommodating.

Location is pretty good. You do need to be careful where you park. There is no parking one morning a week for street cleaning. However, there is a large parking lot nearby where you can park over night as long as you pay again in the morning. But they do at this writing have free EV charging.

Easy Beach Access

The property was very well situated on the boardwalk and had plenty of parking (one of my worries). With a 2 minute walk we were at the beach or boardwalk. Waves, shopping, food, and shopping all within a five minute walk made this a very relaxing trip. I was thrown off at first that there was no AC in a SoCal property but it was nice and cool at night so no issue.

Location! 50 yards to the beach and one block from amazing restaurants and galleries and walking distance to world-famous Abbot Kinney Blvd. Washington Blvd is a 3-minute walk & of the best locations to watch the sunset, surfing, boating and fishing. This space truly feels like a home. Modern furniture, wood flooring, an open kitchenette with and stainless steel appliances. A lovely bedroom features a brand new CAL KING size bed along with a very comfortable new sofa bed in the living room, sleeping 4 (2 adults, 2 small children, no exceptions) comfortably. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is a full bathroom. Living room has a brand new LED 50' flat-screen HDTV, including HBO & Wifi. This space is completely furnished with stylish modern furniture, linens and towels, a Dining area - a round table for 4. Kitchen-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. No stove and not ideal for those who wish to cook a lot. This space has everything and more that you will need for your ultimate beach stay. Beach chairs & towels, umbrella, and boogie boards for your enjoyment. Please inquire upon booking - Dog-friendly. Recently voted number 1 beach/boardwalk in the USA. LAX 15 minutes, Santa Monica promenade 5 minutes. Disneyland 45 minutes, trendy Abbott Kinney blvd a 7-minute walk.
